How long will the property be reserved for?
Following completion of the reservation paperwork and payment of the appropriate reservation fee, the reservation holds the property for fourteen days.
This is the period in which you would visit your solicitor to discuss the contract (Missive) and at the end of the fourteen day period, missives should be concluded. If missives are not concluded at this time, Caledonia Homes reserves the right to re-sell the property to another party.
