How much deposit do I need to pay?
The deposit can vary from £750 - £4000 depending on the development. In most cases the deposit is £750 but we would recommend that you check with the sales advisor at the development for the exact amount payable.
The deposit is payable seven days after missives are concluded. The amount paid as reservation and deposit is deducted from the purchase price at legal completion (the date of entry).
