There are ‘Common Areas’ on the development. What does this mean?
These are areas within the development, which do not form part of the plot you are purchasing. This can include, landscaped areas, play areas, parking areas & stairways, which will not be adopted by the local authority.
It is normal practice for Caledonia Homes to appoint a Factor or Managing Agent to upkeep these, with this cost being met by the residents of the development.
