You will need to visit the sales centre at the development to complete the reservation paperwork. You will be required to provide a copy of your passport or photo ID driving licence and proof of address, such as a recent utility bill, council tax bill or Inland Revenue correspondence.
If you are reserving a property in joint names, this information if required for both parties. The sales advisor will take details of your current address, contact telephone numbers and the name and address of your solicitor.
