How much is the reservation fee?
The reservation fee can vary from £250 - £1000 depending on the development. In most cases it is £250, but we would recommend that you check with the sales advisor at the development for the exact amount payable.
This fee must be paid at the time of completing the reservation form and should be by way of a cheque.
